- Go to the “Purchases & Rewards” section, which you can find in your profile.
- If your order was tracked correctly, you’ll see the cashback amount, and as soon as the team is assembled, the cashback will be locked in on your balance — of course, after you confirm it.
When should you confirm your cashback?
Cashback confirmation also takes place on this page — after the offer cycle ends.
❗️Confirm your cashback only after you have received your order and are sure you don’t plan to return anything. This is important because returning an order after confirming the cashback may affect the cashback amount.
What is an offer cycle?
An offer cycle is the period during which an offer is active and Teams are being formed. It usually ends on the night from Thursday to Friday, after which a new cycle begins.
How much time do you have to build a Team?
Each Team has until the end of the current cycle to fill up. By then, the Team needs to have 4 participants.
