Please read the terms of this agreement, the rules for using the Letyco application (hereinafter – the Service), set out in this document (hereinafter – the Agreement), carefully before using the Service.

This document constitutes a public offer (offer agreement) from Letyco Europe SL, incorporated under Spanish law with company number B75312124, having its registered address at Paseo de Ruzafa 20, Ciutat Vella, 46002 Valencia, Spain (hereinafter – the Company, “We”) to any individual wishing to use the Service (hereinafter – “You”, “Client”, “User”), under the terms set forth in the Agreement.

By registering with the Letyco Service, you accept the terms of this Agreement. The Agreement shall enter into force immediately upon completion of the registration process, specifically when you click the “Register” button on the registration page (acceptance of the offer).

We have made efforts to present this Agreement in a clear, concise, and comprehensible manner. Should any provision appear unclear, please contact us via the “Help” section, and we will provide clarification.

 

1. General Provisions

1.1 Letyco Service is an online platform in the form mobile application intended for personal use, enabling Clients to receive a portion of their spending back (hereinafter – “cashback”) on group purchases made through an advertiser’s website via Letyco.

1.2 To become a Client of Letyco and use the Service, you must complete the registration process and accept these Terms of Use. Upon successful registration, a Client account will be created, including an internal balance to which any eligible cashback will be credited.

1.3 Only adults may register. By registering, the Client confirms they are of legal age in their jurisdiction.

1.4 Registration is possible only by a referral link from an existing user. Each person may have one account only. Duplicate accounts may be blocked or deleted by Letyco. Each user may invite a limited number of others; for more invitations, contact us via “Help”.

1.5 Account creation requires providing and verifying a mobile phone number via an SMS code.

1.6 If a Client breaches this Agreement or threatens the Service’s operations, Letyco reserves the right to block and delete the account and unilaterally terminate the Agreement.

1.7 Letyco reserves the right to make functional changes to the Service, modify cashback terms, and amend these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Service following the implementation of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of the updated terms.

 

2. Group Purchase Rules

2.1 To earn cashback, you must follow the provided link to the advertiser’s site in the Letyco app and complete the purchase following both Letyco’s and the advertiser’s terms.

2.2 A group purchase is defined as identical goods (or services) purchased by multiple users within a specified timeframe.

2.3 Specific terms and cashback rates are available on each product (offer) page.

2.4 Cashback is granted only when the minimum group size and other conditions stipulated herein are met.

2.5 Letyco unilaterally sets the cashback rate for each offer and may adjust it at any time prior to final posting.

2.6 If all conditions are fulfilled, Letyco will credit the cashback to your balance within a reasonable period.

 

3. Cashback Receipt

3.1 Upon completion of a purchase, cashback is automatically credited to your Service balance.

3.2 Once you reach the minimum withdrawal threshold specified on the withdrawal page, you may withdraw funds via any of the available methods.

3.3 Cashback is credited only for paid orders. We recommend keeping payment confirmations (email, screenshots, etc.).

3.4 The execution of multiple purchases within a short timeframe is prohibited, as such activity may be interpreted as non-personal use or potentially fraudulent behavior. This may result in the suspension or termination of the Client’s account at Letyco’s sole discretion.

3.5 The Company does not act as a tax agent; Clients are solely responsible for complying with tax laws. The Company is not liable for the Clients’ tax obligations.

3.6 The Service only supports the withdrawal currencies and methods listed in the Service. The Company is not responsible for issues arising from currency conversion or withdrawals to accounts opened in unsupported currencies.

 

4. Boosts

4.1 In addition to cashback, Clients may be eligible to receive additional rewards (“Boosts”) which enhance the cashback amount on qualifying purchases, either for their own transactions or those of other users.

4.2 The receipt of Boosts is determined by factors such as the product, its category, and the Client’s account status. Boosts are applied at the time items are added to the shopping cart.

4.3 Boosts are unconditional rewards credited concurrently with cashback confirmation. In certain cases, Boosts may also be granted in connection with unsuccessful group purchases that do not result in cashback.

4.4 Boosts are non-monetary benefits and cannot be exchanged for cash, withdrawn, or utilised outside the Service.

4.5 Usage is limited to one Boost per Client per item. Full terms and conditions governing Boosts are available on the “Rewards” screen within the application.

 

5. Withdrawal of Cashback

5.1 To withdraw cashback, you must meet the minimum amount and submit a withdrawal request, including personal data needed by the payout provider.

5.2 All submitted data must be truthful and accurate. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Any violations of this policy may result in the suspension or termination of the Client’s account.

5.3 Letyco will notify you via push or another selected communication channel once the withdrawal request is processed.

5.4 The Company’s obligation is fulfilled upon confirmation of the request and transfer of funds.

5.5 Letyco may utilise third-party payment services, providers and change methods without prior notice.

5.6 Withdrawal terms may be amended unilaterally by updating the relevant Service page.

 

6. Liabilities and Responsibilities

6.1 Letyco is not an actual seller of goods or services and only serves as an advertising platform.

6.2 The Company is not liable for the quality of goods/services provided by advertisers. Claims must be addressed to the advertiser directly.

6.3 Letyco is not responsible for changes, interruptions, or termination of advertisers’ operations or their promotional offers.

6.4 The Company is not liable for public network issues enabling access to Letyco or advertiser sites.

6.5 Letyco’s liability for failure to credit cashback is strictly limited to the amount of direct damages proven by the Client. Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages shall not be compensated.

6.6 Accounts inactive for over one year since last purchase or registration may be blocked or deleted; the Client will be notified beforehand. All unwithdrawn cashback will be forfeited.

 

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Upon registration or use, the Client acknowledges the Company’s ownership of all content in the Letyco Service. Trademarks, logos, and other IP belong to respective owners and are legally protected.

7.2 No one may copy, distribute, display, or otherwise use Letyco materials without prior written permission.

7.3 Clients must comply with all copyright, trademark, and other IP rules displayed in the Service.

 

8. Assignment of Rights and Obligations

8.1 The Company may assign its rights and obligations under this Agreement to any individual or legal entity without Client consent.

8.2 Clients may not unilaterally assign their rights or obligations without Company’s prior written consent.

 

9. Breach of Agreement

9.1 Letyco may refuse cashback credit or restrict Service access if the Client breaches the Agreement.

9.2 Breaches include (but are not limited to):

  • Systematic placement of high-value orders suggestive of commercial activity;
  • Intentional use of the Service for commercial purposes (e.g., resale of goods);
  • Registration of multiple Client accounts by the same individual or entity;
  • Submission of falsified screenshots, receipts, or other documentation;
  • Systematic cancellation or return of orders;
  • Any other behaviour deemed fraudulent or abusive by Letyco.

9.3 In cases of suspected fraud, Letyco may suspend, block, or delete the account and related invited accounts. All cashback earned in such accounts shall be forfeited.

9.4 Clients can report suspected fraud via “Help”. Reports are reviewed and appropriate actions taken.

 

10. Service Interruptions

10.1 Letyco acknowledges the possibility of technical failures or malicious acts. The Company is not liable for uncredited cashback or failure to fulfil obligations due to Service issues.

10.2 The Company may temporarily suspend the Service to resolve threats. Requests for reimbursement may be denied.

10.3 Letyco may cancel transactions during failures if justified or suspected of error or fraud.

10.4 Letyco will make reasonable efforts to restore the Service promptly.

 

11. Governing Law and Term

11.1 This Agreement is effective from registration acceptance and remains in force until account deletion.

11.2 The Agreement and relations are governed by Spanish and EU law, subject to applicable conflict-of-law rules.
