My order didn’t get tracked — what should I do?

Sometimes this can happen due to payment issues or technical glitches. But no worries — you can fix it yourself in just a few steps.

Here’s what to do:

  1. Go to the “Purchase & Rewards” section in your Profile.
  2. Tap Cashback didn’t appear in pending from the menu, or tap here.
  3. Choose the store where the purchase was made.

  4. You’ll see your most recent potential order. Select the item(s) you purchased to add the cashback to your profile.

What if the order isn’t listed?

If you don’t see your order in the list, contact our Support team. We’ll double-check everything and sort it out for you.
