What happens to the cashback if the order is no longer relevant, canceled, or the size doesn’t fit?

Sometimes things don’t go as planned — and that’s okay.

Cancellation or return?

Sometimes a product doesn’t fit, you change your mind, or the store can’t ship it. No worries — just mark that product in the app as not received, and the cashback for it will automatically be declined.

The size didn’t fit?

You can exchange the same product for a different size — the main thing is to do it while the offer is still active.

If you don’t make it in time, simply decline the cashback and place a new order by creating a new group.

The product was out of stock and a replacement was offered?

Unfortunately, a replacement counts as a different product, so the cashback from the previous order won’t be preserved.

However, you can still earn cashback if you:

  • order another product through LetyCo and create a group for it ;
  • wait until the original product you wanted is available again.

What should I do if the purchase is no longer relevant?

No worries — it happens! There can be many reasons: quality issues, long delivery time, or simply a change of mind. You can always cancel the purchase.

Just go to your Profile, open the “Purchases & Rewards” section, and decline the cashback for that item.
