Sometimes it happens that the ordered item is out of stock. In such cases, the store operator may offer you:
to wait until the item is restocked,
a replacement with a similar product,
cancellation of the item with a refund.
Choosing to wait does not affect cashback, because you will eventually receive the ordered item — just with a longer delivery time.
In this situation, you should confirm the order in the Letyco app only after receiving all parts of your order.
Replacing the item with a similar product is essentially a cancellation of the item originally purchased with cashback. During communication with the operator, a new product is ordered — one that is not included in the items purchased through Letyco.
Therefore:
you should decline the cashback for the item that was out of stock, as it will not be delivered;
cashback will not be applied to the replacement product because it was purchased outside of Letyco.
If you choose to cancel the item, the refund is processed according to the store’s policies. The cashback for that item should be declined by the user on the Purchases & Rewards page in your Letyco Profile.
