After making a purchase, cashback goes through several verification stages.
1. First, confirm your cashback yourself
Once the cashback appears in your profile, check your order:
you’ve received your order and everything is correct — confirm the cashback;
- you haven’t received your order yet — don’t rush to confirm it;
the order is no longer relevant or you returned it — reject the cashback (uncheck the relevant product).
2. After you confirm it, cashback goes through a system check
The system verifies the purchase information. This process can take up to 45 days.
3. In some cases, additional verification may be required
If the necessary information from the store is missing or there are discrepancies in the order status, the system may ask you to verify the purchase additionally — simply follow the instructions. Once the verification is completed successfully, the cashback will be confirmed.
