Why did the cashback change during checkout or payment issues appeared?

Sometimes the cashback amount may change while you’re placing an order — this is completely normal. It happens automatically in several situations:

  • A promo code or discount was used.
    If a discount reduces the order value, the cashback is recalculated based on the new price.

  • The offer includes several product variations with different prices.
    Cashback is always based on the actual price of the chosen variant, so the amount may change.

  • There are multiple units of the product in your cart.
    The cashback may change depending on how many units of the product you purchase. If you add several units of the same item to your cart, the cashback may be adjusted upward.

Payment didn’t go through — what should you do?

No worries — this happens sometimes. Here’s what you can do:

Contact the store’s customer support directly and explain the situation and ask them to:

  • change the payment method to "cash on delivery", or

  • send you a link to retry the payment.

Check your store account or email — sometimes you’ll find an option to retry the payment if the previous attempt failed.

Important: Do not cancel the order and do not place a new — otherwise the cashback will be lost, because the new order will be treated as placed outside of Letyco.
