How to check if cashback for a product will be credited

We are constantly working to ensure that cashback is tracked in 100% of cases. However, there is still room for improvement. To help the system detect and record everything correctly, please check whether all the products you add to your cart appear in the cashback list.
If a product has a cashback offer, it will appear in your profile after the purchase and the cashback for it will be credited.
If, at the moment of placing the order, there is no cashback offer created for a product, it may happen that the system does not detect this product and cashback for it will not be credited.

What to do if a product is not in the list:

  1. Go to the product that did not appear in the list. Open the page of this product and check whether cashback for this product is displayed at the bottom. Not visible? Refresh the page.
  2. If the first option did not help, it seems that the situation may be a bit more complex. It is important for us to know about it so we can check the issue and improve the system.
