What is a team purchase and how do I get cashback with it?

In short: build a team — get the cashback. But let’s go step by step 👇

When you open or join an offer, you’ll see the cashback highlighted in yellow. That’s the cashback you can earn if a team of 4 people is completed.

How to join a team:

1. Choose from existing open offers:

  • On the Home page, you’ll see active teams from the communities you’re part of.

  • In the “Reviews” section, you’ll find offers from other users that may be a good match for you.

  • On the store page, tap “Active Teams” to view available teams for that store.

2. Build a Team yourself:

  • Choose a store from the available list (through our 🌐 browser).

  • Buy a product — and you automatically become the first member of your team.

Both methods allow you to earn cashback for any purchase made through Letyco.

📌 If within one cycle the team is fully formed (4 people including you), the cashback is yours (you’ll just need to wait a little for confirmation).

📌 If the team doesn’t form during the cycle (fewer than 4 people including you), the cashback won’t be granted — but you’ll receive boosters.

📌 If a team of 4 has already formed (without you) but the offer is still active, you can restart the Team by becoming its first member. The key is to do this within the same cycle.

Once the team is complete, your cashback will appear on the “Purchases & Rewards” page. To make the funds available for withdrawal, two steps are required:

  1. Confirm your cashback: When the product arrives, everything is fine, and you’re keeping it — tap “Check & confirm”.
    This becomes available after the team-collection cycle ends — usually on Thursday night.
  2. Wait a little: The cashback goes through a verification process. It usually finishes quickly, but officially it can take up to 45 days.

Even if you’ve already confirmed the order in the app, the store may not yet have sent us the confirmation — that’s normal. The process looks simple, but in reality it includes several technical steps.
