After the offer period ends, you’ll be able to confirm or decline the cashback for your purchases.
Important: Once you confirm your cashback, you won’t be able to change its status. So make sure to confirm it only when you’re sure the product fits you and you’re keeping it.
After confirmation, your cashback will go through a verification process, which usually takes up to 45 days.
Once the verification is complete, the funds will become available for withdrawal.
How to withdraw your cashback?
Go to Purchases & Rewards in the app.
Choose the withdrawal amount: minimum 100 UAH, maximum 4,900 UAH per transaction.
Submit your request.
When will I receive the money?
The processing time and transfer to your card may take up to 5 business days. If your bank charges a fee for incoming transfers, it will be deducted during the payout.
Important to know: Payouts are processed through our partner — a payment provider. This means that in your bank statement or transaction notification, you may see the provider’s name instead of Letyco.
