The withdrawal request shows the status “Paid out”, but the funds haven’t arrived

No worries — that’s totally normal.

We use a payment provider to process all withdrawals. The “Paid out” status means your funds have already been sent for processing, but there may be a slight delay — up to 5 business days, as the final step depends on your bank.

If the money hasn’t arrived after that, just reach out to our support team.
