My order was tracked, but I didn’t receive cashback — why?

A purchase made in Letyco can result in one of two types of rewards: boosters or cashback.

Boosters are awarded for purchases where no team was formed. Cashback is awarded only if a team is successfully formed, and you are one of the participants.

There are several reasons why cashback may not have been credited:

  • The cycle hasn’t ended yet, and the team is not complete — in this case, you should wait until the end of the cycle to see if a team of 4 people forms.

  • The cycle has ended, but the team didn’t form — in that case, you receive boosters.

Before making a purchase, it’s worth checking the information at the bottom of the screen (on the right). There you’ll see whether cashback is available and for which products it applies.
