Starting from November 1, a monthly cashback limit of 5000 UAH applies. This is the maximum amount of cashback you can earn within one calendar month.
Why was the limit introduced?
We promote mindful shopping — with significant savings, but without excessive spending or using the app for profit.
What happens if I exceed the limit?
You’ll continue to receive boosters for your future purchases.
What happens when your total monthly cashback exceeds the limit after a purchase?
If, at the time of purchase, the limit has not yet been reached, you’ll receive the cashback for that purchase in full, even if it causes your total cashback to slightly exceed the limit.
Example:
- Before the purchase, you had accumulated 4900 UAH in cashback.
- You earn 200 UAH cashback for this purchase.
- This amount will be credited in full, even if your total cashback slightly exceeds the limit.
For any further purchases made until the end of the month, boosters will be applied instead.
❗Important: If you cancel or return an order and the cashback is revoked, that amount becomes available again — allowing you to continue earning cashback within the monthly limit.
