Every Community is full of activity, so sometimes it’s easy to lose track of something you’re interested in. To help you quickly find a conversation, there are 2 useful features:
- My conversations
Here you’ll find all the conversations you’ve already participated in within this Community.
It’s useful when you want to return to a discussion you’ve already joined, continue the conversation, or see if there are any new messages.
- Search conversations
If you want to find conversations where a specific topic or product was discussed, use the search.
Enter a keyword that may have appeared in the conversation, and you’ll see all conversations in this Community where it’s mentioned.
This can be useful if you want to ask about the experience of people who have already bought a product, share your own, or add something to the discussion.
You can find both features in the same place. Open the Community you’re interested in and tap its name at the top of the page — in the Community header, you’ll see “My conversations” and “Search conversations”.
