After the offer expires, you will be able to confirm or decline the cashback for your purchases.
Important: Once you confirm the cashback, you will not be able to change its status. So confirm it only when you are sure the product has arrived and you are keeping it.
The cashback will then go through a verification process, which usually takes up to 45 days.
Once the verification is completed, the funds will become available for withdrawal.
How to withdraw your cashback?
Go to Purchases & Rewards in the app.
Choose the amount you want to withdraw: a minimum of 10 PLN and a maximum of 1,500 PLN per transaction.
Submit your withdrawal request.
Please note: Your IBAN consists of 28 characters – it begins with the two letters “PL” followed by 26 digits.
For your security and to ensure the transfer goes through correctly, we recommend entering your account number manually, without using copy-paste. Please also avoid using Polish characters (such as ą, ć, ę, ł, etc.) when entering your details.
When will I receive the funds?
The processing time and posting of funds to your account may take up to 5 business days. If your bank charges a fee for incoming transfers, it will be deducted at the moment the funds are posted.
Good to know: Payments are processed through our partner — a payment service provider. Their name may appear on your bank statement or in your transaction notifications.
